Returns & Exchanges

Our pre-paid labels are for RETURNS ONLY from within the contiguous US. You will be refunded for your product when the shipment arrives back to us. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

To exchange, send your item(s) back to us for a refund and order the replacement item(s) online.

Here is the fine print: 
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. They are usually issued 1-2 days after the return package is received. Keep your tracking number. We'll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Compression undergarments and protective cups cannot be returned or exchanged. Items being returned must be in new condition and unaltered. If your items do not meet these conditions they will be returned to you.

When returning shoes, please put the shoes in the manufacturer's box, and then place the manufacturer's box (with the shoes) inside of another shipping container. DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box itself.
