Shipping Info

Free Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days in Transit) is valid in the Contiguous US only on purchases of more than $129 in the same order, after any discounts.  Gift cards, packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Eligible customers must select the Standard Shipping option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. If you choose another shipping option or do not meet the minimum purchase requirement, normal shipping charges will apply. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. Not valid on shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, or on international shipments. 

We make every effort to ship the same day an order is placed, however it may take up to 48 hours on standard shipping or 24 hours for paid shipping methods for your order to ship. Furthermore we reserve the right to ship your order from one of our national warehouses.

USPS Priority Mail Shipments take 2-5 days to most areas (transit time not guaranteed with the US Postal Service). *Actual delivery times are subject to change. 

If you need your order in a guaranteed time period we strongly suggest you select FedEx 2nd Day Air, or FedEx Next Day Air.
Actual shipping charges (when applicable) will be displayed on the final check out screen, prior to entering your payment method. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers when we deem it necessary for delivery purposes.

Important Info on Returns

  • Shoes
    • DO NOT WEAR YOUR SHOES OUTSIDE IF YOU THINK YOU MAY NOT KEEP THEM.
    • You can return shoes provided they have not been worn outside or in a game. Shoes that have been worn outside or on the court can NOT be returned for any reason other than a manufacturers defect. Once they have dirt on them, they can not be returned.
    • Our Advice: Try your shoes on in your house and wear them for a while to make sure you like them. Once you wear them outside or on the court they are yours to keep.
    • We will not take back dirty shoes.
  • Clothing
    • Shirts, Pants, and Jackets can be returned provided they have not been altered, laundered, or game worn.
    • Pants: Be sure to try on all pants before having them hemmed. It can happen that a pair is mis-labeled or incorrectly sent. Please make sure they fit before hemming.
  • Compression, Undergarments & PPE Masks
    • Undergarments, compression and PPE Reusable Masks CAN NOT be returned for any reason other than manufacturers defect once the package is opened.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns that meet the above conditions will be accepted up to 30 days after you receive your items.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Your orginal shipping is not refundable.
