    • how do they fit, as 7 1/4 -8 is a big difference? I have seen L/XL sizes 7 1/4-7 5/8

    • where do the initials go?

      Typically on the back of the hat, but you can add a note to you cart if you'd like them on the side instead.

    • Do you have adjustable hats for women that also have a hole for a ponytail?

      We don't currently have any adjustable hats in stock for football. We can check with our supplier to see if they are availble. If they are we could order one for you. Otherwise, The only options would be a smaller sized fitted hat. For more information please call us at 330-564-1082. One of our customer service representitives can further assist you.

    • What happened to the option to have the American flag embroidered on the hats? I’m a Vet and it’s pretty important to me to display the flag.

      Unfortunately, we were having issues with the flags staying attached to the hats.  We've been working on a solution.  Once we have perfected it, we will certainly make it an option online again.

    • Shoes
      • DO NOT WEAR YOUR SHOES OUTSIDE IF YOU THINK YOU MAY NOT KEEP THEM.
      • You can return shoes provided they have not been worn outside or in a game. Shoes that have been worn outside or on the court can NOT be returned for any reason other than a manufacturers defect. Once they have dirt on them, they can not be returned.
      • Our Advice: Try your shoes on in your house and wear them for a while to make sure you like them. Once you wear them outside or on the court they are yours to keep.
      • We will not take back dirty shoes.
    • Clothing
      • Shirts, Pants, and Jackets can be returned provided they have not been altered, laundered, or game worn.
      • Pants: Be sure to try on all pants before having them hemmed. It can happen that a pair is mis-labeled or incorrectly sent. Please make sure they fit before hemming.
    • Compression, Undergarments & PPE Masks
      • Undergarments, compression and PPE Reusable Masks CAN NOT be returned for any reason other than manufacturers defect once the package is opened.

    • Returns that meet the above conditions will be accepted up to 30 days after you receive your items.
    • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Your orginal shipping is not refundable.
