For Returns:

With the exception of personal use items, you may return any non-worn, unused, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. If you use our return shipping label, you will be refunded for your item. No Exceptions.

IMPORTANT: If sending returns from multiple orders, DO NOT fill out multiple requests.  Just pick one order and send all items back in one package.  We will match the items up to your orders.  Send all items back in ONE package.

Refund Terms & Conditions

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or you may choose a Purchase Officials gift card. Your original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds are usually issued 3-5 days after the return package is received. We'll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

If you received free shipping on your original order, and your return causes that order to fall below $99, original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

Compression undergarments and protective cups cannot be returned or exchanged. Items being returned must be in new condition and unaltered. If your items do not meet these conditions they will be returned to you.

When returning shoes, please put the shoes in the manufacturer's box, and then place the manufacturer's box (with the shoes) inside of another shipping container. DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box itself.

Defective Items - Please contact our Customer Service Department, even if beyond 60 days of purchase, at support@purchaseofficials.com and include pictures of the defect and a brief description of the issue. If the item is deemed defective, we will contact the manufacturer and either issue a replacement or refund (for orders placed within 60 days) back to your original form of payment. If outside the 60 days, an electronic gift card will be issued via email.

Important Info on Returns

  • Shoes
    • DO NOT WEAR YOUR SHOES OUTSIDE IF YOU THINK YOU MAY NOT KEEP THEM.
    • You can return shoes provided they have not been worn outside or in a game. Shoes that have been worn outside or on the court can NOT be returned for any reason other than a manufacturers defect. Once they have dirt on them, they can not be returned.
    • Our Advice: Try your shoes on in your house and wear them for a while to make sure you like them. Once you wear them outside or on the court they are yours to keep.
    • We will not take back dirty shoes.
  • Clothing
    • Shirts, Pants, and Jackets can be returned provided they have not been altered, laundered, or game worn.
    • Pants: Be sure to try on all pants before having them hemmed. It can happen that a pair is mis-labeled or incorrectly sent. Please make sure they fit before hemming.
  • Compression, Undergarments & PPE Masks
    • Undergarments, compression and PPE Reusable Masks CAN NOT be returned for any reason other than manufacturers defect once the package is opened.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns that meet the above conditions will be accepted up to 30 days after you receive your items.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Your orginal shipping is not refundable.
