Please see instructions below for returns/exchanges. You will be refunded for your product when the shipment arrives back to us. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and all refunds are given back to the original form of payment.
For Exchanges: You may send your item(s) back to us for a refund and order the replacement item(s) online. Our pre-paid shipping labels are for returns only. If you use our pre-paid label you will be refunded for your returned items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Click Here to print a return mailing label. BE SURE TO KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER. We do not receive a copy of your tracking number and have no way of tracking your package if you do not keep it. If you choose to have the label emailed, look for an email from the USPS (be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive it right away). If you use our pre-paid label you will be refunded for your items. Exchanges using our pre-paid labels will not be accepted. Click Here for our return form to include with your shipment.
When returning shoes, please put the shoes in the manufacturer's box, and then place the manufacturer's box (with the shoes) inside of another shipping container. DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box itself.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Your original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds are usually issued 1-2 days after the return package is received. Keep your tracking number. We'll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Compression undergarments and protective cups cannot be returned or exchanged. Items being returned must be in new condition and unaltered. If your items do not meet these conditions they will be returned to you.
